Soak noodles in cool water for 1 hour.
Take a cooking pan add water, bring to boil add soaked noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Now put noodles in cold water when the noodles are cool down strain the noodles and set aside.
Take a cooking pan adds water, prawns, garlic paste and boil for 4-5 minutes and take it out and set aside.
Cut onion, spring onion, tomatoes, Thai red chilies in to thin slices and mix it in a mixing bowl.
Add coriander in bowl and mix in fish sauce, Chinese salt and lemon juice mix it well. Now add boiled crystal noodles or mong bean noodles and lettuce leaves. Toss gently and serve.
