Properly marinate the chicken in salt and lemon juice and leave for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken drumsticks until sides are golden brown.
Blend the ginger, garlic and onion with 1/2 cup of water.
Now take a muslin cloth and pour all the mixture into it to drench all the water.
Save the water and discard the pulp.
When chicken drumsticks are ready add the pulp water into them and cook.
When water dries, dish out the drumsticks and serve hot.
