Seafood Crust Pizza

In a mixing bowl add prawns, lemon juice, bar.b.q spice, salt to taste and oyster sauce ,mixed it well.

Add a little oil and fry it.

For dough:

In warm water add sachet yeast and sugar, mixed it well and set aside for 15 minutes.

Then add salt to taste, baking powder and yeast in a fine flour, knead the flour properly and put it into a warm place to rise for 3 to 4 hours.

Then takeout the dough, fold it on a floured surface like a chapatti.

Roll it with rolling pin.

The dough is ready.

For crust:

Grease the baking tray with butter, spread the pizza dough on it.

Now place the ready-made kabab on the edges of dough.

Fold the edges, grease the crust with butter and sprinkled oregano.

For topping:

Put the pizza dough into the oven for 15 minutes on 50 degree centigrade.

After 15 minutes take out the dough and pour the sauce, mushroom slices, prawns, mozzarella cheese, green olive slices and remaining prawns and cheese.

Now sprinkled the Tabasco sauce as per required, put it into oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.

The sea food crust pizza is ready.
