Chutney Sandwich

Apply a generous amount of soft butter on one side of each bread slice.

Now generously apply mint chutney over 4 buttered bread slices.

Arrange sliced cucumber over them.

Sprinkle some salt over cucumbers.

Place a slice of cheese.

Now generously drizzle or spread chutney over cheese.

Top them with other 4 buttered bread slices.

Chutney sandwiches are ready to serve.

(You can serve chutney sandwich at room temperature or cold)

For Chutney: Grind together 1 bunch coriander, half bunch mint, 8-10 green chilies, juice of 2 lemon, 1/2 tsp crunched roasted cumin and salt to taste. (Reduce the amount of green chilies and lemon, if you want it mild hot)
