Kastoori Kabab

Cut chicken in cubes.

In mixing bowl mix ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, white pepper, black cumin, coriander powder and cardamom powder and marinate chicken in it.

Take another mixing bowl and mix corn flour, turmeric paste, saffron, cardamom powder, white powder, eggs and a pinch of color to form a batter.

Now place the marinate chicken in tooth picks and coat it with batter.

Heat oil in pan and fry it.

Dish it out in a serving pan and garnish it with salad leaves and tomato.
