Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 600 grams
  • Black cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • For batter:
  • Egg 2
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Tooth picks as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken in cubes.

  2. In mixing bowl mix ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, white pepper, black cumin, coriander powder and cardamom powder and marinate chicken in it.

  3. Take another mixing bowl and mix corn flour, turmeric paste, saffron, cardamom powder, white powder, eggs and a pinch of color to form a batter.

  4. Now place the marinate chicken in tooth picks and coat it with batter.

  5. Heat oil in pan and fry it.

  6. Dish it out in a serving pan and garnish it with salad leaves and tomato.
