Spinach Artichoke Dip

In a large pan melt the butter add the clove of garlic and the artichoke hearts.

Cook for a few minutes until tender then add the spinach and the cream.

Grate in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese along with salt to taste.

Remove from stove remove into an oven proof dish and sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs and place in.
