  • Boiled and mashed potato ½ kg
  • Boiled and mashed gram lentils (chanyy ki daal) ½ cup
  • Mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2
  • Chopped green chili 6
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 2

Cooking Directions

  1. Separately boil gram lentil and potatoes.

  2. In a bowl add boiled gram, mustard seed, red chili, whole spice, salt, lemon juice, green chili, mint and coriander, mix them well.

  3. Stuff the gram mixture in mashed potatoes and make it in desired shape.

  4. Do the same with all the mixture.

  5. Dip the kebabs in egg, coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
