  • Cinnamon sticks 12
  • Cloves 10
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Peppercorns 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Ghee ½ tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Roast each of the above till they turn aromatic.

  2. Powder to a fine powder using a coffee grinder and use as required.

  3. This will keep well for months in a airtight jar or container.

  4. Note: you can make a larger quantity of this by using the above ingredients in the same ratio.
