Ingredients

  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Pickle Spice 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a chopper, chop onion, green chilies and coriander with some water in it.

  2. Add pickle spice to it.

  3. In a pan, heat oil, add this mixture in it and cook.

  4. When the mixture starts to simmer, add cumin powder, salt to taste and tamarind paste and stir it properly.

  5. When oil starts to separate, achar chutney is ready.
