Hot Espresso Ice Cream with Nuts

Dry roast crushed nuts in a non stick pan.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the maple syrup. Mix it so nuts are completely covered with syrup.

Divide nuts among four serving glasses.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream followed by coffee ice cream. Then pour prepared hot espresso coffee and serve immediately.
