  • Mutton or beef mince ½ kg
  • Raw mangoes 3 (sliced)
  • Onion 2 (brown)
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp (jullienne)
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Curry leaves few

Cooking Directions

  1. Take mince, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli in a pan and leave to cook without adding water.

  2. Allow the water of the mince to get dried up.

  3. Add oil, raw mangoes, onions, curry leaves, nigella seeds, in it and sauté.

  4. When oil forms a layer, add green chilies, mint, green coriander, and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve with hot naans or parathas.
