Take mince, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli in a pan and leave to cook without adding water.
Allow the water of the mince to get dried up.
Add oil, raw mangoes, onions, curry leaves, nigella seeds, in it and sauté.
When oil forms a layer, add green chilies, mint, green coriander, and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with hot naans or parathas.
