Cream butter, oil and icing sugar.
Add corn flour and cake flour.
Make a soft dough.
Shape into small bars.
Refridgerate for half and hour.
Slice into 1cm thick slices or round-shape and place on baking tray.
Bake @ 180 degrees celcius - for 20 minutes - until pale brown in colour.

cake flour is a finely sifted flour, white swan is a common brand in north america, you can double sift regular flour as an alternative.
Dear Guest +Shanaaz Self raising flour and Cake flour are one and the same. Different countries call things by different names. All purpose flour is plain flour in Britain. Hope this clears it up. Keep cooking :)
