Fry bread in ghee on a slow flame till golden brown.
Keep aside. Boil milk with sugar, cardamom and saffron.
Allow mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes or till it thickens and reaches a sauce like consistency.
Arrange fried bread on a tray.
Pour milk mixture till bread is soaked.
Turn each side to coat with almond and pistachio slivers.
Refrigerate before serving.
