Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler at medium heat.
Sieve white flour & cocoa powder.
Chop white Chocolate & milk chocolate.
Whisk egg & caster sugar togather until it becomes thick & creamy.
Fold the white flour & cocoa powder mixture into the whisked eggs.
Mix and add the chopped chocolates, combine them properly, Now mix in the melted chocolate.
Take baking tin grease it or lay butter paper in it, pour the brownie mixture in it, bake in pre-heated oven at 200 f for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove it from the oven, leave it for cooling, once it is cooled, cut into squares or triangles.
