Paratha is eaten everywhere in breakfast. This is Chef Zakir's recipe of chicken potato pratha. You will find it really delicious. Prepare paratha filling and use to fill in paratha when needed. Serve hot with mint chutney.

  • Chicken mince 1 cup (boiled)
  • Potato 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green chili 4 (finely chopped)
  • All purpose flour balls 6
  • Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander and mint leaves as required
  • Clarified butter for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix chicken mince, potato and all spices.

  2. Roll out the prepared balls of flour with rolling pin.

  3. Now spread chicken and potato mixture over ball and cover with another ball.

  4. Now seal the edges and fry the paratha on hot griddle with clarified butter.

  5. Apply clarified butter and serve these parathas with mint chutney.
