Ingredients

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ground red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken into medium size cubes.

  2. Also cut capsicum, onion, tomatoes into medium size pieces.

  3. Add garlic paste, sauces spices and oil to it.

  4. Thread chicken pieces, capsicum, onion cubes and a tomato piece onto soaked skewer.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and saute these sticks until tender.
