Steak is everyone's favorite dish and it's prepared with different recipes. Believe me this recipe has a great taste with well tenderized steak. Potato tasty salad recipe is also with this beef steak. Make and serve hot grilled steak as stater/appetizer of your meal.

Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil as required
  • For Potato Salad:
  • Potatoes 3 – 4 (boiled and sliced)
  • Spring onion ½ cup (chopped)
  • Raisins ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Black pepper as required (crushed)
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut undercut into steaks form.

  2. In a mixing bowl put together papaya paste, lemon juice, chili powder, all spice, cumin powder, butter, salt and 2 – 3 tbsp olive oil.

  3. Mix very well. Marinate steak piece in it for 10 – 15 minutes.

  4. Now cook in a grill pan till golden brown from both the sides.

  5. In a separate bowl mix together boiled and sliced potatoes, spring onion, raisins, salt, olive oil, crushed black pepper and mayonnaise.

  6. Serve potato salad with beef steaks.
