Have you ever tried jelly with fresh pulp of orange? I am sure your reply must be 'no'. Try this fruity, very awesome taste of real oranges jelly and top with chocolate. Your kids, elder even whole family would love it! You can try in another fruit puree also like pineapple, strawberry, mango etc.

Ingredients

  • Fresh orange pulp puree 1 cup
  • Orange flavor jelly 2 pkt
  • Hot water 2 cup
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil water, once it come to boiling point.

  2. Add 2 packet of instant orange flavor jelly powder, stir it till the material get dissolved.

  3. Now add the orange puree in to the jelly.

  4. Stir it. Remove it from the heat, pour it in a deep flat mould, leave it to cool down, and then refrigerate it.

  5. Now take 200gm dark k chocolate, put into a double boiler, add butter, stir it till the chocolate get melted.

  6. Leave it to get slightly cool.

  7. Get the jelly, cut equal size square cubes, put the on the butter paper, drop the melted chocolate on the jell squares one by one & leave it to dry.

  8. Chill it until set.
