  • Flat crisp puris 2 dozen
  • Green mango 1 chopped
  • Sev 1 cup
  • Hot chutney
  • Onion 1 large
  • Sweet chutney
  • Boiled potatoes 4 boiled
  • Coriander leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop the onion fine. Peel and chop potatoes.

  2. Chop coriander leaves.

  3. Arrange the puris on a plate and add a layer of chopped potatoes on top of them.

  4. Sprinkle the onions, generously on the potatoes.

  5. Now top generously with crisp sev.

  6. Add the chutneys to taste and garnish with finely chopped green mango and coriander leaves.

  7. Serve immediately.
