Ingredients

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Ginger julienne 2 inch pcs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 – 6
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, Chinese salt, lemon, garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce and crushed red chilies.

  2. Blend coriander, green chilies and yogurt to a smooth paste.

  3. Heat oil and fry chicken.

  4. Repeat the ingredients.

  5. Add yogurt paste, sliced green chilies, ginger julienne and toss the ingredients on high flame.

  6. Garnish with ginger julienne.
