Ingredients

  • Beef fillets 1/2 kg
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Cheese slices 4
  • Dried rosemary 1 pinch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Pound the steaks to flatten them.

  2. Use a large enough bowl to hold the steaks, and mix vinegar and olive oil.

  3. Push garlic through a press into the mixture, and add the rosemary.

  4. Mix well, then place steaks in the mixture and turn them until coated.

  5. Steaks can be grilled or pan-fried.

  6. Place steaks and marinade in a very hot skillet and cook for 5 to 10 minutes to aside.

  7. Turn steaks twice and spoon marinade over each time.

  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve topped with cheese slices.

  10. You can add half fried egg also on top.
