Ingredients

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Dry milk powder ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lukewarm milk to knead
  • Chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1 (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together flour, eggs, dry milk powder, oil, salt, yeast and knead with lukewarm milk.

  2. Leave it to rise for an hourminutes.

  3. Marinate chicken pieces with black pepper powder, salt, chili sauce and soya sauce.

  4. Now cook the marinated chicken in oil on low flame till chicken tenders.

  5. Divide dough into 8 small potions.

  6. Roll out each portion into 4 inch diameter.

  7. Mix together tomato ketchup, oregano, garlic and vinegar.

  8. Pour the paste on the flat dough.

  9. Now spread chicken mixture, sprinkle chopped tomato, chopped onion and chopped capsicum on top.

  10. Now put grated cheddar cheese and bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
