In a mixing bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, a tbsp of red chili powder, soya sauce and all spice ,mix well to form a smooth batter.
Then marinate the chicken with the marinade and set aside for 15 minutes.
Now in another mixing bowl add white flour, corn flour, egg, salt and red chili powder mix well.
Then dip the marinated chicken in the flour batter and deep fry on a low flame.
Mean while whip yogurt with cream and white pepper powder.
In another pan heat the oil, put ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minute.
Then add cream mixture and fry for 2 – 3 minutes on high flame.
When the mixture thickens then add mozzarella cheese.
Mix well until the cheese becomes smooth, then add fried chicken in it and add lemon juice.
In the end garnish with carrot julienne.
