Ingredients

  • French beans 250 gm (cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces)
  • Baby corn 12 (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • Sugar ¼ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • White lentil 1 tsp
  • Gram lentil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Dry red chillies 3
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Fresh coconut 2 tbsp (grated)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan boil water add sugar and French beans and cook for 5 minutes and drain.

  2. Heat oil in a pan add white and gram lentils and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, dry red chillies and curry leaves and mix well.

  4. Then add the French beans and baby corn, along with the salt and black pepper powder.

  5. Cook for 1 minute then add the grated coconut, toss well and serve hot.
