Wash brain and boil in water for 5 minutes then remove veins.
Heat oil fry onion till golden; add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder. Coriander powder, chopped tomatoes and yogurt, fry well.
Add mutton brain, cook for 10 minutes.
Lastly add garam masala powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander and green chilies. Serve with Naan.
