  • دودھ پاؤڈر ایک کپ
  • میدہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • بیکنگ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • انڈہ ایک سے ڈیڑھ عدد
  • الائچی پاؤڈر حسب ضرورت
  • چینی ڈیڑھ کپ
  • پانی دو کپ
  • تیل ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • (پستہ گارنشنگ کےلئے (کٹا ہوا
  • چاندی کا ورق سجاوٹ کےلئے
  • تیل فرائی کرنے کے لئے

  1. شیرے کے لئے:

  2. ایک پین میں دو کپ پانی اور چینی ڈال کر شیرہ بنانے کے لئے چولہے پر رکھ دیں۔

  3. پھر کچھ دیر پکنے کے بعد اس میں الائچی پاؤڈر شامل کر دیں۔

  4. گلاب جامن کے لئے:

  5. ایک پیالے میں دودھ پاؤڈر، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، میدہ، انڈہ تھوڑا سا پانی اور آئل ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔

  6. اب اس مکسچر کے ایک سائز کے گول بالز (پیٹرے) بنالیں۔

  7. ایک فرائنگ پین میں آئل کو گرم کرلیں۔

  8. اب اس میں بالز ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر فرائی کرلیں۔

  9. جب اِن کا رنگ براؤن ہو جائے تو پین سے نکال کر شیرے میں ڈال دیں۔

  10. مزیدار گلاب جامن تیار ہیں۔

  11. پستہ اور چاندی کے ورق سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔

Sana, when kneed dough of gulab jamun be careful about these tips, make soft dough by using enough quantity of egg and immediately make balls and fry unless rest, take leveled spoon of flour and beside these very thick sheera may be cause of harden the gulab jamuns. putting gulab jamun for 3,4 hour is enough. hope these tips will be use for you next try. thanks

  3. This recipe is easy but when I tried, jamun was hard.... And didn't raised so much... Should i rest the dough for some time? And how many hours should I put it in sheera to get sweetened at the centre? How to make them soft ?

Made this today result delicious...Followed recipe as it is but with a few changes.....instead of oil i used ghee 2tbsp n instead of making sheera i used white or clear sugar syrup 1n 1/2cups with a little water to loose n up a bit....bedt thing to make it s mix dry ingredients n in a bowl mix 1large egg plus ghee on room temperature mix these two n then i one quick go add dry ingredients work the dough jus for a minute then take a tea spoon n make balls with its help make sure that syrup s nt boiling but luke warm....want to add a character? Put an illaichi seed in while making balls n make all balls 1st bcuz this dough gets dry in matter of second s so b very careful n fry on medium heat.....hope it ll help i learned these facts after 4failed attempts
