  • Potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled)
  • Macaroni 1/2 packet (boiled)
  • Chicken 250 gm (boiled)
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Black pepper powder 1tbsp
  • White cumin powder 1tbsp
  • Green onions 1/2 bunch (Chopped)
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  • Mash the boiled potatoes.
    Now take a mixing bowl; mix potatoes, macaroni and chicken together.
    Then add the black pepper powder, white cumin powder, chopped green onions, chinese salt and salt.
    Shape into cutlets oval shape or lengthwise.
    Dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
    Deep fry and serve with ketchup.
