Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 2 ½ cups
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg 2
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry onion till it gets pink color.

  2. Add fry onion, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper crushed, ginger garlic paste, 1 egg, bread slices, mustard paste in mince and then combine it by mixing.

  3. Refrigerate it till it gets hard.

  4. Cut it into heart shape.

  5. Dip into egg then coat it with bread crumbs and fry them.
