A Meat-free and warming soup to serve in spring and winter. This is packed full of flavour carrot, cream and healthy vegetable stock. The carrots give the soup a lovely sweetness, It is great for everyone.

  • Carrots 200 gm
  • Salt & pepper as taste
  • Fresh cream ¼ cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Rue 1 tbsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch
  • Vegetable stock 1 liter

Cooking Directions

  1. First make the vegetable stock, you can use any scrape vegetables from your kitchen in 1 liter water.

  2. Peel the carrots, cut them any shape you want, put them into the vegetable stock to boil.

  3. Till they are soft & tender, remove it from the fire, put into a blender jug, blend it till gets a smooth texture.

  4. Pour into a medium size cooking pot, leave it cook on medium heat, add salt & pepper, chicken powder, fresh cream, rue, orange color, mix it well.

  5. Keep string while the soup is cooking at boiling point for ½ hrs.

  6. Serve piping hot.
