Rida, Cream will separate if you allow it to sit in the fridge for a few hours and if you under-whip the heavy cream, it will separate faster. Over-whipping the cream will cause it to separate immediately and the solid pieces you see have turned to butter; so just strain the separated cream and wrap the solids in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use.
salam!! i got a lil bit problem with my cream when i add sugar in it it turns to liquid form again ,i dnt know what happens to it .....but if you could help me out that will be great :) thanks alot..
