Mix mince with parsley, onion, bread, spices, paprika, cinnamon, salt & pepper.
Divide & shape into small sausages.
Deep fry the chip’s & keep on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a big pan or wok, fry the kafta, few at a time, remove & keep warm.
Heat the rest oil using the same pan & fry the onion slices till caramelized & brown on the edges, add the water, lemon juice, spices, salt and pepper & boil for 1 minute.
Then add the kafta & chip’s.
Serve with Pita bread, salad & garlic sauce.
For Garlic Sauce:
Put the garlic paste in a bowl, add salt & lemon juice, add a little oil at a time & mix with spoon.
Until the oil stop being absorbed.
Keep adding the oil until it run out.
Now add the mayonnaise & mix.
Put in a jar & refrigerate.
