Chocolate Cake

In a bowl put flour, cocoa powder, coffee, baking powder and a pinch of salt mix well.

Beat eggs with electric beater .

Add 2-3drops of vanila essence, add oil slowly while beating.

Add melted butter and sugar beat well.

Put half flour in it and fold into eggs mixture well, then add whole flour and fold again.

Grease baking tray with butter pour mixture.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 225C till 35-40 minutes.

Icing:

Melt butter on very low heat.

Add cocoa powder and some water mix well avoid to make lumps.

Put brown sugar mix well then add maple syrup.

Stir continuously till thicken if it become lumpy then add some more water.

Consistency shouldnt be too thin or thick.

Let it cool and then pour over baked cake.

Decorate with cherries, silver leaves, jelly diamonds, smarties or bunties
