  • Curd cheese 8 oz
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Mango juice 1 cup
  • Mango 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Mango essence ½ tsp
  • Cream 200 gm (whipped)
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp heaped (soaked in mango juice)
  • Cream for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve jelly in mango juice.

  2. Also dissolve gelatin in mango juice, mix both together.

  3. Beat curd cheese with caster sugar, mango essence, gradually add in mango juice mixture.

  4. Whip cream fold in the mixture with chopped mangoes.

  5. Turn into a wetted ring mould.

  6. Chill until set.

  7. Unmold decorate with whipped cream and mango balls.
