Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces 4 (on the bone)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spices ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 200 C.

  2. Whisk the yogurt, ginger, garlic, red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, all spices and lemon juice along with oil until well combined.

  3. Pour over the chicken pieces and coat well.

  4. Marinate for 2 hours or over night.

  5. Grease a baking tray arrange chicken pieces on it and place in the oven and grill for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

  6. You can allow grill on a charcoal grill or a grill pan.

  7. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
