  • Chicken mince 125 gm
  • Green chilies 5
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green onion 2 (chopped)
  • Thai red chilies 2
  • Carrot ½ (diced)
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 3 tbsp
  • Basil leaves 15

Cooking Directions

  1. Make paste of green chilies and garlic together.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and chili paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the basil leaves followed by the chicken mince and stir fry for a minute.

  4. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 – 4 minutes over medium heat.

  5. Turn the heat up to high and stir fry for 30 seconds before serving.

  6. Serve as a hot salad over a bed of green or with sticky rice for a complete meal.
