Make paste of green chilies and garlic together.
Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and chili paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add the basil leaves followed by the chicken mince and stir fry for a minute.
Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 – 4 minutes over medium heat.
Turn the heat up to high and stir fry for 30 seconds before serving.
Serve as a hot salad over a bed of green or with sticky rice for a complete meal.
