Slice the potatoes and onions thinly and put them in a saucepan with peas, coriander leaves and half the chicken stock.
Bring gently to the boil, cover and simmer for quarter of an hour.
Pour into a blender and blend to a puree.
Return to the rinsed out pan, reheat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Now add the cream and the lemon juice.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for an hour at least.
Add fresh cream and serve well chilled.

Ok... a gr8 cold soup.... but its delicious too as a piping hot soup for the winter treat to your guest... ....after the boiled vegegables are pureed
