Heat 3 tbsp peanut oil in a pan.
Add green chillies, garlic and 10 basil leaves, cook for a few minutes.
Add mince and cook till color changes.
Then add stock, fish sauce and brown sugar, cook.
Add red chillies and little water, cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Increase flame and cook till water dries.
Heat 3 tbsp peanut oil in a frying pan and lightly fry remaining basil leaves and spring onions.
Add the fried basil leaves to mince.
Garnish with lettuce and serve.
