Ingredients

  • Raw guava 2
  • Red chili 2 (whole)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper few (ground)
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Pomegranate ½ (take out seeds)
  • Garlic clove 2
  • Lemon 1 (take out juice)
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Capsicum 1 (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Remove the seeds of raw guava and cut into small pieces.

  2. Cut the whole red chili and mix in guava.

  3. Mash garlic and mix in guava mixture.

  4. Now add onion, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, capsicum and coriander leaves in salad. Mix well.

  5. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds in salad and serve.
