Fry the prawns and keep aside.
Fry the sliced onions, add the ground paste of ginger
and onion and fry for a few minutes.
Add the cardamom powder, turmeric powder,
crushed cloves, cinnamon and fry for a few more minutes.
Add the sugar, coconut milk, jaggery and salt to taste.
Add the fried prawns and cook.
