Ingredients

  • Ground Beef 1 kg
  • Fresh Coriander (bunch chopped) 1
  • Green Chilli 3-4
  • Bread Slices 3-4
  • Salt (as required)
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste 1-2 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • For Coating Cutlets
  • Egg (mixed lightly with 2 tbsp water) 1
  • Bread Crumbs 2-3 cups
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a processor until well blended.

  2. Shape into balls and flatten into cutlets with hands.

  3. Now dip each cutlet into egg then bread crumbs.

  4. Repeat.

  5. Fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides and serve immediately with ketchup.
