Add chicken, yogurt, crushed ginger into a cooking pot and cook without adding water.
Cook till excess water in the pot has evaporated.
In a pan, heat oil and stir fry boiled chicken.
Add crushed black pepper, red pepper, cumin powder and stir together.
In a separate pan, sauté sliced almonds and raisins and add to the chicken.
When chicken is ready, add sliced green chilies, diced onions, coriander and juice of lemons and mix.
Serve with plain rice.
