  • For Dough:
  • White Flour 2 cups
  • Whole Wheat 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • For Filling:
  • Cottage Cheese 200gm
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green Chillies Thinly Sliced 2-3
  • Meethi (Fenugreek) 1 bunch
  • Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp
  • Kasoori Meethi 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Kneed white flour, whole wheat and salt with Luke warm water.

  2. Cover with lid for 1 hour.

  3. Mix cottage cheese, coriander leaves, green chilies, meethi, crushed red pepper, kasoori methi and salt together.

  4. Take some amount of dough and flatten it.

  5. Pour some ghee, spread and sprinkle some whole wheat over it.

  6. Roll this dough for making paratha.

  7. Flatten this dough again and spread filling over it.

  8. Place another flattened dough over it and join their edges together.

  9. Place this paratha over pan-fry.

  10. Pour some oil over paratha for frying.

  11. Serve with yogurt.
