Boil eggs and cool down and peel of their shells.
Now in a pan add oil and then put garlic paste.
After that add tomato puree, red pepper paste, cumin, black pepper, green chili paste, salt and stir.
Add eggs, 2 cups water and cook it till gravy gets thickened.
In the end add tamarind paste in it and seamier.
When oil gets separated dish out it than garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it.
