Ingredients

  • Thin bread 1/2 packet (roll wrappers)
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Cabbage ¼
  • Green chillies 2 to 3
  • Green onion 1
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp (ground)
  • Salt as required
  • Oil to fry
  • Lettuce leaf for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut all the vegetables into thin pieces.

  2. Grease the pan with oil.

  3. Add all the vegetables, soya sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and sauté it.

  4. Now add salt and ground red chilli to it.

  5. When the vegetables cool down, stuff them in the roll wrappers and make roles.

  6. Then fry them in hot oil.

  7. Spread lettuce leaf on a plate and place roles on it; and serve with tomato ketchup.

  8. Tips: If you want to preserve carrot, just cut its upper head. In this way, its moisture will evaporate and the carrot after being softened will start to dry up.
