  • Raw mango 1 cup (peeled and cubed)
  • Pickle spice 1 tsp (fennel seed, nigella, mustard seed, fenugreek seed, cumin seed)
  • Coriander seed 2 tbsp (ground)
  • Cumin seed 2 tbsp (ground)
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp leveled
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Jaggery 1/3 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a sauce pan bring boil to water and add raw mangoes and simmer 3 minutes drain out water keep raw mango aside.

  2. Heat oil add pickle spices and crackle them add raw mangoes and sauté.

  3. Add red chili powder, other spices and salt mix.

  4. Add jaggery and simmer to jaggery dissolve well.

  5. If look dry then add 2-3 tbsp water mix and remove from heat.
