  • Milk ½ liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla custard 1 cup
  • Mix fruit ½ kg
  • Strawberry jelly 1 cup
  • Banana jelly 1 cup
  • Dry fruits ½ cup
  • Vermicelli ½ packet (boiled, colored)

Cooking Directions

  1. For Jelly: In a pan boil water and add strawberry jelly to mix well.

  2. With same procedure make the banana jelly and refrigerate.

  3. For Custard: First dissolve custard in 1 cup milk.

  4. Now heat remaining milk and add sugar to cook.

  5. Then slowly pour custard and cook till it turns thick.

  6. Then add fruit to mix and pour it in a serving bowl.

  7. Now diced the strawberry jelly and banana jelly and put it in bowl with colored vermicelli.

  8. Garnish it with dry fruits and refrigerate it to chill and serve it.
