  • Wheat flour ½ kg
  • Radish ½ kg
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Lemon 2
  • Water for knead
  • Green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp (ground)
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ghee or oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Knead flour with adding of water keep aside for a while

  2. Cut radish and boil and mash them add all ingredients else ghee.

  3. Now make small balls of dough and roll them.

  4. Mix 2 tbsp water in 1 tbsp of flour to make thick paste.

  5. Spread little radish mixture in center of roti then cover it with another roti and sealed edges wiht flour paste.

  6. Fry on griddle with ghee.

  7. Serve hot with chutni and pickle.
