Ingredients

  • Chicken (boiled) 1 cup
  • Tomato (chopped) 1
  • Avocado 1
  • Salad leaves 1 cup
  • Egg (boiled) 2
  • Celery
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • For salad dressing:
  • Red vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut all vegetables in cube shapes.

  2. Then place all vegetables on a serving platter.

  3. Add boiled chicjen in it.

  4. To make dressing, take a bowl.

  5. Now add all salad dressing ingredients and whisk well.

  6. Pour this dressing all over the salad.

  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
