  • Bakarkhani 8 - 10
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Rose water 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Almonds for garnishing (chopped)
  • Pistachios for garnishing (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a microwave save dish, add milk and stir in sugar.

  2. Heat at 100◦C for 7 minutes.

  3. Now beat in egg and add torn bakarkhani to it.

  4. Then mix in the cinnamon powder, rosewater, chopped pistachios and almonds.

  5. And heat again for 10 minutes at 200◦C convection.

  6. Remove and add in the lemon juice and cream.

  7. Heat again at 200◦C convection for 10 minutes.

  8. Serve warm.
