Ingredients

  • Whole wheat spaghetties 1 cup
  • Spinach leaves 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  • Shredded chicken 1 cup (boiled)
  • Potatoes 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Mint, coriander leaves & green chillies 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green onions 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • White sauce 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chilli to taste
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil for shallow frying or baking

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (spaghetties, chopped veggies, sauce, spices and just mash them well with hands, not too much.

  2. Then make rolls and place them in a baking tray.

  3. Preheat the oven on 180 degree C and just lighty brush these rolls with oil and place them in oven until they turn golden brown or shallow fry them in a frying pan with very little oil.

  4. So here it goes for weight concious people hope you like it.
