Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (spaghetties, chopped veggies, sauce, spices and just mash them well with hands, not too much.
Then make rolls and place them in a baking tray.
Preheat the oven on 180 degree C and just lighty brush these rolls with oil and place them in oven until they turn golden brown or shallow fry them in a frying pan with very little oil.
